Grade 2 Social Studies - Learning Experiences
Students do a community walk and take pictures of buildings and resources found in their community. When they return to school and create a powerPoint using the pictures taken on their walk.

Through viewing a video, the students will identify features of the 6 main regions in Canada (The North, The Prairies, B.C., Ontario, Quebec and The Atlantic regions). They will need to determine whether these features are constructed or natural.
